Practice Manager - The Family Clinic
We are looking for a highly organised Practice Manager with strong people skills
If you have the following skills, knowledge and experience we would like to hear from you:
- 2+ years of Practice Manager experience in General Practice (preferred but not essential)
- Competent in the use of Med Tech Evolution
- Patient claims and debt management strategies
- Strong people leadership, strategic thinking and problem solving
- Knowledge of quality control and compliance systems
- Resilient and adaptive to change
The practice Manager is responsible for the effective operation of the Medical Centre. Leading a Practice Team who are highly committed to delivering quality care for the Community. With your team you will build on existing strategies, develop and implement improved efficiencies and introduce new ideas to support the aspirations and efficiencies of the Medical Clinic.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice
- Providing leadership and guidance to our administration team
- Providing support to our clinical team
- Implementing and refining processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the Practice
- Preparing regular reports for Governance, detailing operational efficiencies
- Managing communications with external stakeholders, including patients, suppliers, PHO, and regulators
This position is part time, days and hours of work negotiable, full time may be considered
