Join our team as a Family Start Navigator in a child-centered, family-focused, early intervention, and intensive home visiting program. As a Navigator, you will be at the forefront of empowering families, working closely with whānau to enhance their resilience and strengths. You will support whanau to secure the best possible start in life for children, creating a positive impact on their future. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of families and communities by providing essential support and guidance.
Skills Required
Proficient in delivering excellent customer service
Demonstrates exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibit a high level of proficiency in computer skills and technology utilization.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Presents a high standard of personal appearance and professionalism.
Demonstrate flexibility and a dedicated team player, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Desirable knowledge of Te Ao Māori & Te Reo Māori
